Many Urban Automotive products are specialist vehicle components and may require professional installation.

Where professional installation is recommended, this should be taken seriously.

Urban Automotive Ireland is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification or installation that does not follow manufacturer guidance, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where installation instructions are supplied, these should be followed carefully.

Carbon Fibre, Painted & Hand-Finished Products

Certain products sold by Urban Automotive Ireland are handcrafted, painted, moulded, machined or manufactured using materials that may exhibit minor natural variations.

Carbon fibre products may show small differences in:

  • Weave alignment

  • Pattern

  • Surface appearance

  • Resin characteristics

  • Finish

These characteristics do not necessarily constitute defects.

Products requiring painting or bodyshop preparation may require professional finishing, adjustment or preparation before installation.

Customers should inspect all products before fitting, painting, modifying or permanently bonding them to a vehicle.

Bespoke, Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Certain products may be manufactured, sourced or finished specifically to your requirements.

Examples may include:

  • Custom-finished wheels

  • Bespoke wheel specifications

  • Transparent or specialist finishes

  • Made-to-order body components

  • Personalised products

  • Special-order products

  • Products prepared specifically for your vehicle

Once production, finishing or special procurement has begun, these orders may not be cancellable or returnable for change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Wheels & Tyres

Customers are responsible for confirming that any wheel, tyre or wheel-and-tyre package ordered is suitable for their vehicle and intended use.

Wheel fitment can depend on factors including:

  • Diameter

  • Width

  • Offset

  • Tyre size

  • Brake clearance

  • Suspension configuration

  • Vehicle loading

  • Bodywork modifications

Where wheels are produced or finished specifically to order, they may be treated as bespoke or made-to-order products.

Professional fitting and correct wheel bolt or nut torque procedures are strongly recommended.

Garage Bookings, Labour Costs & Associated Losses

Customers should not arrange installation appointments, bodyshop bookings, vehicle transportation, travel or other associated commitments until all ordered goods have been received, inspected and confirmed suitable.

Delivery and production dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Delays can occur due to:

  • Manufacturers

  • Couriers

  • Customs

  • Supply-chain issues

  • Production schedules

  • Weather

  • Events outside our reasonable control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Automotive Ireland is not responsible for avoidable consequential costs arising because a customer arranged third-party work before receiving and checking the goods.

This may include:

  • Labour charges

  • Garage cancellation fees

  • Vehicle transport

  • Vehicle hire

  • Travel expenses

  • Accommodation

  • Loss of use

  • Loss of earnings

  • Missed events

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Section 6 - Orders, Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
